We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Used or opened products

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theoccultora.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement at no additional cost

  • A store credit

  • A partial/full refund, depending on the issue


3. Lost Packages or Wrong Address

  • If your order is marked “delivered” by the courier but you didn’t receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing or preparation, especially for custom work.
