By making a purchase or availing of any service from The Occult Ora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services and Products

• Our offerings include products (such as crystals, Rudrakshas, etc.) and services (including counselling, therapies, numerology, healing, predictions, and training programs).
• These offerings should not be considered substitutes for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial advice, or any laid norms.

3. Training Programs & Occult Skill Development

• The Occult Ora provides training programs, workshops, and skill development courses related to occult sciences, spiritual practices, and other esoteric subjects.
• The training may be conducted in-person or online (own or external platforms) through or with the help of live sessions, recorded modules, or written materials in soft or hard copies.
• Participants must ensure they meet any prerequisites for the training (if applicable).
• Training materials provided are for personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or resold.
• The Occult Ora does not guarantee mastery or professional success after completing a training program. The results depend on individual effort and practice.

4. Online Services & Training

• The Occult Ora offers online consultations, healing sessions, predictions, and training programs via video calls, phone calls, or messaging platforms.
• Clients must ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet environment for online sessions.
• If a session is missed or rescheduled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered complete, and no refunds will be provided.
• The Occult Ora is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s end that disrupt the session.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

• All guidance, predictions, healing services, and training provided by The Occult Ora are based on esoteric knowledge and spiritual practices.
• The effectiveness of our products and services varies from person to person. The Occult Ora does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

6. No Refund or Exchange Policy

• We use and sell 100% authentic & premium products as per our knowledge. However, there is no scope for any refund or exchange under any circumstances.
• All purchases of products and services are final and non-refundable.
• Exchange requests will only be considered in case of damaged or defective physical products at the time of dispatch, provided they are reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
• Digital and online services, once booked and delivered, cannot be refunded. Also it is Client to get confirmation upon the booked slot over the call on given number/s.
• Training program fees are non-refundable, even if the participant chooses not to complete the course.

7. Payment Terms

• All services, training programs, and products must be paid for in full before delivery or appointment confirmation.
• Once payment is made, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

8. Client Responsibility

• Clients and trainees are responsible for their personal choices and actions based on the insights received from our services and training.
• The Occult Ora shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client.

9. Confidentiality

• We respect the privacy of our clients and trainees. Any personal details shared during consultations, counselling, therapy, training, or purchases will be kept strictly confidential.
• Training materials, methodologies, and insights are proprietary. Participants agree not to record, reproduce, or share any content without prior written permission from The Occult Ora.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from transactions with The Occult Ora shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, India.
• Any legal proceedings must be filed and settled within the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.

11. Right to Refuse Service

• The Occult Ora reserves the right to refuse services, training, or sales to any individual without disclosing a reason nor is liable to pay any refunds.

12. Amendments to Terms

• The Occult Ora may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Clients and trainees are advised to check for updates before making new purchases, bookings, or enrolling in training programs.
